We worked with April, Lydia, ans Rachel and they were all so so so wonderful!! We had booked a last minute bridal make up + updo. My updo lasted the whole day despite my hair being very straight and the make up is very natural looking. There were slight hiccups along the way, but they were so flexible and truly acted in our best interest. Definitely would recommend and come back for hair cuts if we're ever in town!

I’ve had so many great experiences at this salon, it’s truly an honor being a customer here. The staff is incredibly skilled and friendly. My haircut was exactly what I wanted, thanks to Krystle and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, thanks to Sophie. The staff always exceeds my expectations. The team is exceptionally talented and provide diverse services. The salon’s ambiance is serene, and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon for anyone seeking a fantastic experience and beautiful results.

Very welcoming atmosphere for my first time. I was politely greeted and educated on the special products they provided as well as the deals they had. My hair stylist Rachel was very reassuring and knowledgeable about the hair products that would be best for my hair type. I love the hair treatment I got, and the trim turned out exactly how I wanted.

Bridal Party of 4 (roughly under $600) So many different pointers to make but I will make it short — this service was not worth it. I felt so horrible as the sister of the bride that she got this service. The make up Artist April — was horrible. We all walked out of there looking like Casper the Ghost. She did not have an inclusive shade range, no liquids, no creams, just powder FOUNDATION in 2023? Yeah no. Everyone beside myself got their make up done there, I went to Sephora and paid $60 and I was the only one who had their make up on the whole night. My sister and mom washed their face and had to redo their whole face just 30 minutes before wedding. Hair: horrible as well. Ben who did my mother, had to have it completely fixed by Brenda. Who was nice enough to fix it. Brenda was basically the only person who understood the assignment and executed perfectly. All and all, tips are not required yet appreciated. And we did not tip anyone but Brenda. We feel that if we could have done it ourselves we did not get the right service. Now you may be asking why didn’t you do a trial or consultation. Oh WE DID. And the only person we all saw that day and the day of the wedding was Brenda. What’s the point of the consultation if we walked into a blind service the day off. All and all, this salon is at the bottom of inclusiveness, diversity, and care. Unless you’re booking with Brenda. Just go get yourself some good make up at Sephora watch a few YouTube and save yourself time and MONEY. For hair, invest in a good hair, curler, and watch YouTube video for guidance. You’re better OFF!
